Who I Am

Hi, I am Misty, owner of Southern Sips Mobile Bar. I am a wife, mother, grandmother and now a business owner. This venture is a labor of love for me. I was tired of managing other people's businesses and wanted to make something of my own. Something that I was proud of.

What made me decide on mobile bartending? Well, I decided to change course all together and go to bartending school at 45. It was scary, but exciting. I became a certified bartender and started straight to work at a local sports bar, getting in some much-needed experience.  Then came the opportunity to turn a trailer into a mobile bar and to finally start my own business. I have started and haven't looked back.

I love being around people and never meet a stranger, so this was a no-brainer for me. I look forward to getting to know each client and working hard to personalize a bartending experience that will be memorable and help to make your event a special one for you and your guests.
